As a part of the corporate art program European Property Development (EPD) and CEE-Invest v.o.s. exhibit contemporary Czech art in the Praha City Center.
The current exhibition at Praha City Center entitled "Girls Themselves" started June 8, 2005 and features three graduates of the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague Adéla Pavlíková, Nikola Semotánová and Tereza Talichová. The exhibition lasts until July 29, 2005.
Adéla Pavlíková (*1976) graduated in 2004. She took part at international workshops and film media festivals in the Czech Republic and Germany. She devotes herself mostly to digital media like video art or digitally transformed photography, installations and graphic design.
Nikola Semotánová ( * 1976 ) graduated in 2003. In 2001 she studied at L´Ecole Superieure des Arts Graphics et d'Architecture in Paris. She creates objects, connected with human body. Her installations and projects feature topics like ecology, recycling, beauty cult, consume cult, woman's position in society and aggressive behaviour.
Tereza Talichová (*1977 ) graduated in 2004. In 2001 she studied at L´Ecole Superieure des Arts Graphics et d'Architecture in Paris. She devotes herself to classical art media like pastels, prints and porcelain sculptures as well as to digital Photography and holograms.
